We are not in-network for any vision insurances, but most plans have an out-of-network option, where you submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement.

GUARANTEE: We have a 30-day, money back guarantee. Within 30 days of your pickup date, we will provide a full refund upon return of the product as long as it is not extremely damaged.

WARRANTY: We have 2 warranty options:

The Standard Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not including scratching.

The Premium Warranty allows for a one-time, no charge replacement of your lenses (must be same Rx & lens options), within a year. This warranty is included on our Best level product packages.

RETURNS: We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee that allows for returns. If you are over the 30 day time period, please contact us and we will do our best to provide a resolution.

For new lenses, you will need a valid, non-expired Eyeglass Prescritpion (Rx). If you have damaged your lenses, we can duplicate the Rx from the lenses and use it in the same frame.

If your Rx is incorrect from your eye doctor and you have the Standard Warranty, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to have the lenses remade for a 50% fee.

If you have the Premium Warranty, there is no charge for a remake within the 90 day from the date of order time frame.
