When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 7-10 business days to appear in your account from the time we process the credit.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card is charged for the order total when your order is placed. Upon receipt of your order, we review the details, confirm the charges, and if necessary, contact you with any questions. Satisfaction guaranteed!
Do I have to pay sales tax?
	NO, Ophthalmic goods in Colorado are NOT subject to sales tax.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
What are my payment choices?
	ReplaceALens accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, AmazonPay, as well as payment by check or money order. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
